Time travel using coils?

The tensor coil is supposed to create scalar waves that affect the flow of time. Particles of time known as chronotron are then disrupted. It is claimed that the HDR uses scalar waves to cause a temporal distortion. Not sure how this would work, but experiment with high magnetic fields show strange effects. Some of thee are called the Hutchinson Effect.

Phenolic Rubbing Plate

The Phenolic Rubbing Plate of the HDR is located over the caduceus coil which generates scalar waves. Steven Gibbs created the toroid like using copper magnet wire. These peculiar scalar waves are probably what cause the strange paranormal phenomena that occurs near an HDR.
