Oil rises

People, we are in trouble now. Despite an increase in inventories oil rises. What this means is that our weak dollar is pushing prices up. Perhaps we will all ride motorcycles in the days to come. Well, we are going to pay at the pump. Expect price to continue to rise. Sadly, our government is running hot our printing press. They are printing more and more green pieces of paper.

oil spill worsens

The deep water horizon oil spill can change everything in a matter of years. Basically, there will not be oil drilling anymore. People are seeing that petroleum production costs are scary. It is not just to the environment, but losses to tourism are massive and rising. This is one event of which citizens need to be aware. Otherwise the damage to our ecosystem will be massive. In fact, the future price of oil is much higher than now.

Oil rises

I predicted that oil would go over $50 this year and soon it will. It is now seen as a given that petroleum producers will limit crude production. Saudi's plan another 500,000 barrel cut in the near future. Get ready to pay at the pump, we hit peak oil in 2005 and soon shortages will be common. Future oil prices will be a lot higher than now, expect to be on a scooter soon.

Price of fuel in the future

The price of gasoline was over $4/gallon in August 2008, and now we see in December 2008 that it is less than $2/gal for gas. Why? Is the question. I can tell you that world shipping is way down. There are less trucks on the road, and many people have lost their jobs.

Perhaps some see the high price of fuel in the future as impossible, but I see it as a given fact. We hit peak oil in 2005. That means every year we produce less petroleum. This dramatic drop is temporary. Get ready for an increase in oil prices.
