I plan to go see the cars movie. OK so some critics says it is a clunker and not as good as the original versions. That said, I would like to see. Hey, so far I have liked all the movies from pixar. Well, we hope that you are able to enjoy.

High prices on use cars

Folks, here is one more sign on a poor economy. People are not buying new cars. OK so this is driving up prices. Mostly, on old clunkers that belong in the junk yard even. There are now high prices on use cars. This is especially true on those with high mpg. It is a sellers market for economy cars.

Toyota Troubles

Worlds largest automaker use to be General Motors, but they went bankrupt and went from a 50% market share in the 1950's to less than 15% now. What we are witnessing is the fall of yet another empire. Toyota troubles are starting to sounds like GM with serial recalls time and again. Honda warns Toyota troubles could spread throughout the industry as customers stop buying cars. The ramifications to our financial system are serious.

Future cars

What is the future for cars? Well using astral time travel what I have seen is exciting in the next 50 years. Automobiles get a lot smaller so we go from minicars to microcars. OK this is due to high gas prices. Those futuristic cars would look like toys to us now. A good example of this trend is the Tata nano.
