Back in 1999 digital cameras were expensive. The pictures where horrible and that is being nice. It was easy to ridicule the technology that was new. Well, now most picture are taken using digital cameras. It is my belief that we are seeing digital replace analog across all arenas.

Finally, digital is almost as good as film, with DSLR replacing SLR camera, but here comes EVIL or Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens which is bad to the bone. Time is that EVIL cameras can kick to the curb the old DSLR and then some.
