OK so home prices were suppose to go up in our new year. Sadly, they did not do so. In fact, they have gone down some more. This should surprise no one. People have no money. Also, politicians have a strategy of claiming that everything is fine and we are crazy. Wish that were so... Truth is that we are looking at the world with our eyes open.
