european woes

Problems are not just in america. There are european woes. For example, moody wants to cut credit rating for spain. Ah yes, more pain. It seem we have already heard this song. The broken record goes on. Certainly, we need a recovery. However, that is not what we are going to get now. Expect to see more woe.

Walmart is added streaming video to its site this year. This is interesting to me. Always did like movies on page. Web pages that is. OK so why is this important to us. It is always a big deal when Walmart jumps in. They are the biggest boy on the block as they say. Hope this means lower costs for them and much lower prices on us.

Debt crisis

What can we say. Friends, we face a debt crisis. Timothy Geithner is trying to say we will be OK, but I am not so sure. Politicians are playing games. They want to find an excuse. Yeah to raise TAXES some more. Watch their lips move. Hey, they are lying some more. Claim they need more revenue. Citizens, what we need is to spend less money.

Debt ceiling what now

Folks, the future is very grim. In fact, we hit our debt ceiling - what now. Mostly, it means spending less money. People did max out our credit card with china, and now is the time to pay. Sadly, politicians want to0 play games. They think we are all fools, and they are very wise. Well, I am so very sorry. How can we pay. It is 14 trillion we owe.

Yesterday, the debt ceiling talks did blow up. Basically, republicans do not want to spend more money. Democrats want to keep the game going. They are kicking the can. Problem is we have run out of room. It really is the end of an era.

gas prices go up

Day before yesterday, I did pay $3.99 per gallon on gas. That is what we are now see. Sadly, gas prices go up. Well, this could put a damper on our poor economy. Skeptics say that this is a sign of recovery. Well, I say it is a sign... Yeah, of more trouble to come. Please do listen to me. Either today or tomorrow we could see gas go over $4 in my area. Back in 2009 I was paying $1.49 a gallon and people said it would not go over $3 ever. This decade we will see six.

paper going away

Citizens, what can we say. Like paper is going away. Electrons now carry our messages. I fear very soon, our books even. Right now we want to focus on e-books and what their impact will be on us. OK yes, they do reduce the total cost of being a book owner. However, I cannot loan out my e-book to a friend or mark it up. Yellow highlighter does not work anymore. Times truly are changing on us.

China we owe

Red China is the biggest holder of US debt and we are in woe. Perhaps that clears things up for us. They have a lot of power now. It is not a very pretty scene. Still, we allowed ourselves to get into the major mess. Not like we can blame some reps.

Oh woe, it is china we owe.

Radioactive decay

Radioactive decay fuels earth's inner core. That is what produced heat that is necessary. Without it our planet would have no volcanoes and be a barren region. Therefore it is a good thing that our planet has radiation in the inner core.

Perhaps we will understand this process soon. The molten core makes magnetic fields possible for us. It is these that shield us from cosmic rays.

Faltering recovery?

Ben Bernanke says he is preparing to take new action on a faltering recovery. Hey folks, we are so sorry. There is no recover - faltering or other wise. Sadly, we are still in a deep depression or recession. Economist say we must choose deflation or hyperinflation - pick your poison. I see no reason for either to be forced on me. Yeah, I said  no reason.

I meant to say QE 18 - marc faber
