Preparing for pandemic

Today mexico shut down nonessential services in an effort to combat the mexican swine flu.

Debunkers who yell hoax are assuming what? That mexicans are all crazy? What about all the deaths from swine flu. This new type of H1N1 influenza is quickly killing people at a rate far greater than the bird flu which is still around.

What is really happening

Well, some say real estate prices have hit bottom. I tell you that we are in for more problems. For example, unemployment in now 8.5% and soon will be over 10%. And, as more people lose jobs, they cannot pay for homes. Banks will go bankrupt.

2009 - coming collapse

This year has been terrible because world financial system hit hard by real estate collapse, bank failures, and an economic crisis worse since the terrible Great Depression of the 1930's, now is hit with a mexican swine flu epidemic similar to what we had with the spanish flu of 1918. The damage to sales at malls already reeling from our severe recession, soon to be a deep depression, will be monumental. I expect closing of borders, quarantines and restricting movement of citizens to soon follow, perhaps even martial law.

Flu to hit travel

European Union's health commissioner Vassiliou urged Europeans today to postpone all nonessential travel to United States. Well, so much for the tin foil hat. Flu is now going to alter world commerce. EU can affect tourism. As more people cancel US trips, hotels and airlines will be affected, also restaurants and movie cinemas.

2009 is not fine

Actually, this year is of fear, in 2009 we had trillion of dollars vaporized due to our economic crisis. As jobless rate goes up, the number of foreclosures increases this in turn causes banks to fail. I predict complete collapse - we shall have a financial hypercatastrophe.

Global oil demand declines

Sinking deeper into depression, the engines of industry are sputtering. Global oil demand is down. This explains why oil is still near $50/barrel even though we hit peak oil in 2005. Still, the price of gasoline is going up and is already over $2/gallon in most places.

HDR unit in Time Experiment

Here is an experiment that uses an HDR unit close up to compare time distortion using Hyper Dimensional resonator invented by Steven Gibbs.

Take a look at how the watch behaves when it is subjected to the field generated by an HDR. This unit has been tested with the watch in this experiment.

crisis comes

We can expect that the future of finance will be quite sad. Those that thought we had hit bottom are in for a small surprise.

“It’s a bear-market rally because we have not yet turned the economy around,” billionaire investor George Soros, 78, said in a Bloomberg Television interview yesterday. “This isn’t a financial crisis like all the other financial crises that we have experienced in our lifetime.”

Parallel universes

John Titor spoke of an MWI or Multi World Interpretation by Everette Wheeler. He said that there were an infinite number of parallel universes, some quite similar to our own. He told us that his time machine was able to measure percent divergence.

He wanted to keep %D or percent divergence low because as the %D increase the world line becomes stranger and stranger. According to John Titor the percent divergence between his world line and our own was 2.5%. This means that John Titor's predictions would be slightly off.

After all he came from an alternate time line and a parallel earth which although close to ours is a bit different. Strange since science now talks about string theory and parallel universes, much like he did.

In California 500K homes sell for 200K

Imagine paying only a paltry $200,000 for a half a mil home. I mean it is not a megamansion, but you can get a lot of house these days for only 200 grand. A California couple was able to buy a 500K home for only $200,000 and prices are still falling. With so many foreclosures banks are willing to drop prices to move inventory.

new future?

People ask - What will be future be like? OK, from what I have seen doing astral and using new techniques of remote viewing - this is what it looks like.

Most residents live in small towns and global population is a lot less because a series of wars did bring the numbers down. Sadly, due to radiation there are few children born. It is a sad dim and grim place.

Few remember the good times when we lived in giant cities, and most see such as mere fables of a golden age when food and fuel were at the plenty. Old folks that still remember are thought to be senile. Tomorrow is not a bright new day, but father a futureless future.

GM a penny stock?

GM was once the biggest automobile manufacturing company in the world; maker of the big bad SUV our iconic Hummer. Well, things are not humming now. The trip to bankruptcy court could lead to massive unemployment as car dealers and part makers add their number to the jobless joes. Of the 8 brands {Cadillac, Saab, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Chevrolet Saturn, and Hummer} few if any will survive.

Housing crisis will get worse

OK, we see that houses are not selling and the banks are not loaning money. However, we can see house prices are not done going down. If you think that things are bad now, get ready because our situation will get a lot worse.

Future homes sales have to be a lot less than now. The reason is simple, because few people will have good jobs and those that do will try to survive. Right now there is excess capacity and it will be a long while before things get better.

House and Senate talk on GM

Both senators and reps are talking about why GM may go bankrupt. General Motors is causing our economy to slow down. However if we do not bail out GM, we will face massive unemployment in the years ahead.
