Gas Tax

The guv wants to pass a gas tax to decrease consumption. This would hit the poor hard as they have to choose food or fuel. BTW food is also going to be expensive as farmer plant corn to produce ethanol for fuel...

Seems like the gas tax is just one more burden for the poor.
