Decline in home prices

What are we viewing. Hey, like here is what I am seeing. Decline in home prices goes on. This is the opposite of what happen in a recovery. That is marked by prices going up. Still, politicians think that we are morons. Oh yes, we keep re-electing em. Perhaps um we are.
