Customer service

There are companies that do customer service the right way. OK, you would think that they all would focus on providing stellar customer services. After all we are in a major recession. However, that is not the case. Executives do not care about consumer. In fact, they only stuff their pockets with big money. Take a look an many companies. Like they are very old school and cannot adapt to what is new. Most do not really care. Sadly, that is why we are losing so many companies.
