K-mart smart?

K-mart is not very smart guys. It is closing stores again. Where I live there are a lot of empty big box areas. Here is what I have seen pop up. Dollar stores more and more. Folks, this is not a good sign. People are staying home due to soaring gas prices. Not a good experience pump pain.
