Is physical time travel possible?

Many people like to ask - is physical time travel possible? It is my belief that we can travel in the 4th dimension, but what I do is astral time travel. This is different, but I feel is much safer. There are stories of people who went physical and got stuck on the other side. Not something we would desire.
