FHA reserve below legal limit

It is time to bailout yet another financial institution. FHA is now below legal limit in money reserves. This major mortgage lender was hit hard by the housing crisis. In fact, it is interesting that it lasted this long, but our situation continues to deteriorate as the economic crisis worsens.
