Sci-fi predictions that came true - the future is now. Many people think that the future will be flying cars and men on mars, but if you think about it we are running out of oil. The future could have been solar cars and plankton candy bars, but even that is doubtful. It seems we will like in a world like Balderunner where only a few get the good life, while most are poor.

Many prediction have come true like the pocket communicator from Star Trek is our cell phone, and we do have powerful computer that can talk, but they sound a bit funny.
