Housing inventory continues to rise

The large number of unsold homes is causing prices to plummet. For example, in the south Naples area some properties are selling at 1/3 the 2004 price. This is bad because banks are now failing as housing inventory continues to rise.

Back in 2004 I predicted a collapse in real estate prices. Using Steven Gibbs HDR it was possible for me to see that we are entering a very troubling time. Indeed, we should prepare for the difficult days that lie ahead.
